Maryna Manteghi (Editor-in-Chief), LL.D., is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Turku. Her research examines the intersection of copyright law, emerging digital technologies, and fundamental rights, with particular emphasis on the legal and regulatory challenges posed by artificial intelligence. In addition to her research, she has extensive experience in academic publishing and editorial work in intellectual property law.
Nea Lepinkäinen, LL.D., is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Turku. Her research lies at the intersection of AI, law and society. Drawing on extensive work on algorithmic and social harms, her scholarship adopts a multidisciplinary approach that integrates legal analysis, social theory, and empirical methods.
Dhanay Cadillo Chandler (PhD, Docent/Adjunct Professor in Intellectual Property Law) is a University Researcher at the University of Lapland and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Turku. Her research examines the intersection of intellectual property rights (IPRs), sustainability, and technological innovation (i.e. pharma) in the context of global digitalisation and socio-economic and environmental change. Her work is grounded in comparative legal analysis and methodology. Since 2009, she has taught and researched intellectual property, international trade, and commercial law at national and international universities.
Amalia Verdu Sanmartin
Mehrnoosh Farzamfar (LL.D., LL.M., M.Soc.Sci) is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Turku. Her research focuses on constitutional law, human rights law, and international and EU migration and asylum law, with particular emphasis on the protection of fundamental rights and the tension between individual rights and states’ security interests. In addition to her research and teaching, she has extensive editorial experience, serving since 2016 as an editor and peer reviewer for scholarly journals and academic publishers.
